Terms of Service
1. Who we are
TikTeam is an app and online service for TikTok LIVE streamers. It is owned and operated by individual entrepreneur Kalkishev Daniyar Maratovich, Republic of Kazakhstan ("we", "us").
By creating an account, buying a subscription or using TikTeam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What TikTeam is
TikTeam is a Windows app. It receives events from your TikTok LIVE stream — gifts, likes, follows, shares — and, following rules you set, performs actions in supported games or plays video effects. Features are grouped into modules, and each module is a separate subscription. Modules marked "Beta" or "In development" may contain bugs.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use TikTeam.
- Use a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your account is personal. You may not transfer or sell it or share access with others. The number of devices per account may be limited.
4. Payments and subscriptions
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes payment, issues receipts, calculates and remits taxes, handles billing questions and processes refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- The price and billing period are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the app or via the link in your Paddle email. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Additional Avatar Overlay packs are bought separately and stay in your account, but they play only while your Avatar Overlay subscription is active.
- We give advance notice of price changes. A new price applies from the next billing period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Licence
While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and the modules you subscribe to on your own devices. The app, mods, clips, sounds and graphics of TikTeam belong to us or our licensors. You may not:
- bypass protection, subscription checks or device limits;
- decompile, modify or reverse engineer the app or mods, except where the law expressly allows it;
- copy, distribute or resell the app, clips or other TikTeam materials;
- use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
6. Games and third-party services
- Game modules work only with your own legal copy of the game. We do not sell or distribute games or game files.
- Installing a mod changes game files. The app backs up the files it changes before installing. A game update may temporarily break a mod.
- Mods may conflict with the rules of some games or platforms. Check those rules before use — complying with them is your responsibility.
- TikTeam is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Dotemu or the developers of supported games. You are responsible for following TikTok's rules, including its LIVE rules. We are not responsible for restrictions on, or suspension of, your TikTok account.
- Stream events come from TikTok through third-party data providers. If they change or restrict access, some features may stop working temporarily.
7. Your content
You can add your own clips, sounds and images. By adding them you confirm that you have the right to use them and show them on stream. Viewers' names and avatars are displayed as TikTok provides them.
8. Changes to the service
We keep developing TikTeam and may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue a paid module, its automatic renewal is switched off and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost gifts or viewers, outages of TikTok, games or third-party services, or indirect damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for TikTeam in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and account deletion
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, payment fraud or refund abuse. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us from the email address on your account.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We give advance notice of material changes by email or in the app. By continuing to use TikTeam after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence. We try to resolve any dispute through negotiation first — please contact us.
